de l’Université Denis Sassou-N’Guesso, et consultant en sauvegardes environnementales pour

des projets financés par la Banque mondiale. Il dispose d’une expertise solide dans l’analyse

et la planification des systèmes urbains, à travers l’élaboration de documents de planification,

la conception de projets urbains intégrés et la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de projets

territoriaux.

Ses travaux portent sur l’articulation entre urbanisme, environnement et développement
