Dr. Kaarina Maatta, is professor of educational psychology at the Faculty of Education, University of Lapland, and deputy vice-chancellor at the University of Lapland, Finland. During her career, she has supervised over 50 doctoral theses, written hundreds of articles and dozens of books, especially about love and social relationships during human beings´ life-span, human strengths, early childhood education and student guidance, teacher training and teacherhood.

Dr. Jose Noronha Rodrigues holds a PhD in law from the Santiago de Compostela University, Spain. He works as an Assistant Professor at the University of the Azores and is also Director of the Centre of Law and Economics Studies at the University of the Azores, researcher and coordinator of Law courses of the Department of Economics and Business at the same University. He is a Lawyer with law office in Ponta Delgada, Azores, Portugal. He is a member of the editorial board of numerous international scientific journals including the European Scientific Journal (ESJ). He is also a member of various academic institutes and centers worldwide. Dr. Noronha Rodrigues is author of the book “A identidade e (des) identidade dos valores europeus”, “Colectânea de Legislação sobre o Estatuto Político Administrativo da Região Autónoma dos Acores” and of many papers in international and national journals.Dr. Noronha Rodrigues is an ESI chief of International Legal Studies Center.

Dr. Jacques de Vos Malan has spent the past 6 years directing Australia’s largest interdisciplinary research program, publishing evidence-based research reports for Australia’s Chief Scientist. With a group of Australian academics and Academy Fellows, each distinguished in their own field, he authored Delivering Sustainable Urban Mobility, ACOLA 2015, a major report on the future of Australian cities. He holds degrees from the Universities of Cape Town, London (King’s College) and Pretoria. His work is published in New York, Cape Town and Canberra and included in the National Library Canberra, the Gaudeamus Foundation Contemporary Music Library, Amsterdam and the New York Public Library. He worked as an arts administrator in South Africa and Australia for more than thirty years, where his roles included Executive Director of the Cape Town Symphony Orchestra and Chief Executive Officer of Melbourne Recital Centre.

Dr. Dejan Marolov is member of the European Scientific Institute since its creation. He obtained his MA at the European Institute in Nice, France, on the program titled as “Advanced European and international studies”, witch was financially supported by the European Commission.He has optioned PhD in international Law, at the European Center for Peace and Development (ECPD) as part of the University for Peace established by the United Nations. During his scientific history he has published many scientific articles in International journals and two monographs (in Berlin and Cambridge) . His scientific interests are primary on the field of law and international relations.Dr. Marolov is also a reviewer in many international journals, including the reputable “European Scientific Journal”, as well as member of numerous Scientific and Organizational Committees of International Conferences and Forums.

Dr. Gloria Esteban de la Rosa is Professor of Private International Law at the University of Jaen since 1992. She teaches not only Private International Lawat the University of Jaen for Spanish students, but also International Business Law in English language for foreigner students from different parts of the world, specially, Erasmus students. She is Directress of various national Projects about International Trade Lawand Immigration Law and Policy. She has obtained a prize in 2006 in appreciation of researches and activities rendered in relation with the immigration in the Autonomous Community of Andalucía (Spain). She has organised and participated in the scientific comity of an important number of Congresses, that has taken place not only at the University of Jaen but also in other countries. She is also Directress of an editorial Collection since 2010. She participates in the European Research Network in the field of private international law, civil law and civil procedure. Finally, she has obtained two mentions in appreciation of the quality of her publication by the Spanish competent National Agency.

Dr. Uolevi Lehtinen, has been a professor of marketing in several universities during 30 years. Lehtinen has been a dean of economic-administrative faculty, chairman of council and rector at the University of Tampere, Finland.He has been a member of board or council in several firms and other organizations. He is an honorary doctor of the Russian Academy of Economics and honorary chairman of the Society for Business Administration. His fields of expertise are services marketing, relationship marketing, international marketing, consumers’ and managers’ decision making, and marketing theory. He has published about 170 scientific publications, more than third of those in refereed international journals or proceedings in seven languages. He has also been in the editorial board of four international and two Finnish journals.
