Dr. Kirby R. Cundiff is the Director of Business Programs and a Professor of Business Administration and Finance at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He received a M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana—Champaign and a B.S. from Truman State University. He has also been employed by Northeastern State University, the University of Maryland, Hillsdale College, Rice University, and the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Dr. Cundiff’s research interests include climate change, health care economics, monetary policy, taxation, and behavioral finance. His work has been published by the American Institute for Economic Research, the Foundation for Economic Education, the Mises Institute, and several other research outlets. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
