He currently serves as Co-Director of the Technology and Society Research Lab, Director of Center for Health and Medical Communication, University Research Center/Research and Innovation Enterprise, Louisiana Tech University, Ruston, LA, U.S.A. and as Professor and Eunice C. Williamson Endowed Chair in Technical Communication at Louisiana Tech University, Ruston, LA, U.S.A.
