Barbara Cappuzzo received her degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures (centered on European aspects) at the University of Palermo, Italy. She currently serves as Assistant Professor and researcher in the English Language and Translation at the Department of Psychology, Educational Science and Human Movement, University of Palermo, Italy.
Prof. Cappuzzo’s list of publications includes theoretical and research papers in the field of specialized discourse, with particular reference to intercultural medical language, medical linguistics, English for Specific purposes, and English for Medical Purposes.
