Aide Mancilla Bocarando is a PhD candidate in Public Policy at ITESM and holds a PhD in Education. With extensive experience in the Mexican public education sector, she has held academic leadership and policy analysis positions at the Ministry of Public Education. Her responsibilities have included academic supervision, teacher training, and management of national educational programs in upper secondary education. Her current research focuses on factors influencing the academic achievement of students from low socioeconomic backgrounds.
