Dr. Skanda Moda Gururajarao is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering at SJCE, JSS Science and Technology University, Mysuru, with over 15 years of academic and research experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Human Factors Engineering, focusing on cognitive and behavioral reliability in safety-critical domains. His research interests span human-centered design, ergonomics, and organizational psychology, he has published widely, authored books, and contributed to academic governance, sustainability education, and interdisciplinary innovation initiatives.
