She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Social Psychology at Grigol Robakidze University. With experience in both academia and the public sector, she has been working since 2018 at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, National Agency of Mines. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and a co-author of several scientific publications. She is fluent in English and Russian.
